So pleased i found Kim through social media, she was so lovely and easy to chat with and the lymphatic drainage massage is exactly what I've been looking for. I had my first one and it did not disappoint, I've had plenty of massages before but this was totally different, so much better and 100% my vibe it felt amazing, and knowing its doing so much good i went ahead and booked several more. I cannot wait for my next one. Totally worth the journey from York to Leeds xx

Had my first treatment today and I'm over the moon with how amazing it was! I have come out feeling so relaxed and like my stress has melted away. I had the dry scalp head massage and Alice was brilliant. Used different tools with expert hands, and it was just the right pressure for me. Very ASMR and I feel like I'm walking on clouds now. Highly recommend and I will be back!

I had an Indian head massage and reiki and I had an amazing experience, Marta was lovely and so professional. I was so rested and it felt like the stress had been taken away. I totally recommend Her Sanctuary Holistic Therapies, I will be definitely going back.

It's a great practice, and Rachel as terrific as ever, but the car parking is an issue. We were lucky today, but it's clear that it causes great stress to others. Would it be possible to install a barrier made accessible by bona fide customers with pre-issued tokens?

Had a treatment with Alice today. She was extremely thorough during the consultation and explained everything in depth. The treatment was very comfortable and i can see and feel the benefit from my treatment. The room was warm and the bed was so comfy! Ill be returning for sure! Thanks Alice xx

This was the first time I have been to a chiropodist but one of my feet was getting too painful when walking so I visited Cross gates Chiropody and it was the best thing I have ever done. My feet feel amazing and it has made such a difference - thank you 😁

They recommend me this chiropodist and I couldn’t be happier! Seona helped me a lot with the pain that I had on my feet. She’s professional and very delicate! I don’t mind coming to Cross gates from city centre , because it’s 100% worth it

Marta is so kind and welcoming. She gave me the most incredible Swedish massage, so very relaxing . All the tension on my shoulders and calves has gone. A truly perfect experience. Highly recommended.

Just had the most incredible deep tissue massage! The therapist was spot on, targeting all the right areas and really workin' out the knots. Felt like a new person afterwards defo recommendin' this to anyone needin' some serious tension relief!

I visited Her Sanctuary on the 13.12.25. What a great experience! Marta was both personable and friendly, genuinely interested in her clientele. Marta listened and made suggestions tailored to my needs. I had my consultation followed by a full 60 minutes massage, she focused on tension which was effective throughout. The oils were lovely, Marta explained the blend used, I felt very relaxed after and wasn't rushed out the door. Marta has a nice working space and a really good location. I will definitely return in the new year and perhaps experience reiki for the first time.

Marta was very lovely and professional. I would have liked to talk a bit more about my needs from the massage beforehand, rather than just filling in an online form and then I feel problem areas could have been focused on and I would have felt more able to speak up in the massage as well. The massage did very much help relax me, but didn’t reduce the strong tension in my mid back as I was hoping for. I would still recommend Marta though, but it would be better to talk about needs a bit more first.
