Viktoriya made my 1st sugaring session as stress free as possible. She talked me through every step and did everything possible to ease my nerves. After having a bad experience with intimate waxing 6 months ago I was very nervous but not anymore. I had such a lovely experience during my waxing appointment. The lady was incredibly calm, gentle, and professional throughout. Being pregnant, I was a bit anxious beforehand, but she made me feel completely at ease and comfortable the entire time. She was very understanding and took extra care to ensure I was relaxed. I went to Gemma with knots in my upper back that was affecting my neck, I wasn't able to move my head properly. I booked in for a neck shoulders and back massage, not only did Gemma relieve the knots, she eased menstrual cramps in my lower back. The whole massage was so soothing and relaxing. I woke up the next morning and could not believe that I slept through the whole night! This is something I haven't done in over 6 months. Today I have felt so fresh with so much energy!! I can't thank Gemma enough ❤️

I had my lashes done with Ewelina, and I can’t recommend her enough! She took the time to assess my eye shape and consult with me before the appointment, making sure we chose the best lash set that wouldn’t overpower my face.
