She explained the Shape Shift intro fat reduction and body contouring process clearly and answered all my questions with patience and care. The environment was clean, relaxing, and professional. Definitely glad I trusted the Intro ad I saw on Instagram to book an appointment here! The ladies were all super nice and really easy to message with about the appointment! Brooke was SO FREAKING CUTE and completely made me feel comfortable talking about my skin concern and just coming from a place of understanding and no judgement instead of trying to push expensive treatments and procedures and I really appreciated that! She did such a good job and was super knowledgeable and I definitely would like to come back! Only downside is the downtown location and no parking but worth the trek in!
