I went for The Executive Reset package, including haircut, beard trim and express facial, and the overall service was outstanding. Mr. Hassan paid great attention to detail and delivered a sharp, clean look exactly as requested. The facial was refreshing and professionally done, making the whole experience relaxing and worth it. The whole process was very smooth and everyone was so accommodating from the reception, server, and most especially to my skin coach/therapist, Ekaterina. I really felt seen, heard, and understood regarding my skin concerns. I had the customized facial and looking forward to having my regular facial there!

Great service and very friendly environment. Komal is extremely professional hair stylist, I live in the US but wait for my hair to be done whenever I visit Dubai. The lymphatic drainage massage was to the point and the specialist was quite professional. Also, the manicure was done very fine and pretty. I love this place. The atmosphere and treatments are on a highest level. It is a real time for me. The service is incredible professional and I feel maximum care always.
