Mr. Hassan paid great attention to detail and delivered a sharp, clean look exactly as requested. The facial was refreshing and professionally done, making the whole experience relaxing and worth it. My groomer was Firoz Hassan, for my hair and beard. He is one of the best in the town. I have tried so many groomers and places in Dubai, but no one has done such an excellent service like him. Had an amazing spa day today at Wellbeings Fairmont Dubai. Special thanks to my therapist, Susi, who was absolutely excellent. She is very professional in the way she works, and you can really tell that she knows exactly what she is doing. Her massage was relaxing and made the whole experience even better. I left feeling so happy and refreshed. I also want to mention the Filipino receptionist who was very approachable, friendly, and assisted us very well from start to finish. Great service and very friendly environment. Komal is extremely professional hair stylist, I live in the US but wait for my hair to be done whenever I visit Dubai. The lymphatic drainage massage was to the point and the specialist was quite professional. Also, the manicure was done very fine and pretty. It’s a one stop shop for all your beauty needs, highly recommended.

Truly healing- Balinese massage and a facial. Had therapist- Putu. She had firm but gentle hands with exactly the amount of pressure I needed, and it was a blessing. Have tried out multiple spas in various hotels in Dubai and Abu Dhabi but this spa experience was good enough for me to think of booking Fairmont again on my family’s next short break.

I love this place. The atmosphere and treatments are on a highest level. It is a real time for me. The service is incredible professional and I feel maximum care always. My must have are hydra facial together with gloving! The effect on my skin is wonderful! My face looks beautiful and without any skin problems for weeks. The location is also very nice in the centre of Dubai, what it’s really important and helpful for me. See you soon!

I had an amazing spa experience at the Wellbeing Holistic Healing at Fairmont Dubai. Ms. Elvira is very nice and accommodating. She responded to my email inquiries and requests readily and offered options with regards to my appointment. Duspa, my therapist, she is the best! I never had a such a relaxing massage. She used both soft and medium pressure and did not felt any discomfort. I literally fell asleep during my massage and felt relax and refreshed afterwards. The spa facilities is a little bit old but it was well-maintained and clean. Overall, i had a wonderful spa experience!
