Feel amazing, pain went from a 5 down to a one. Afterwards l was able to take a short 1 mile hike and no pain. Amazing thank you Kristina.

He works deeply and intentionally, finding the actual source of restriction instead of chasing symptoms. I would recommend Ouroboros to anyone and everyone. I originally reached out on a local FB group about myofacial therapists. Kristina replied and recommended her business. I asked if she could do a quick phone consult and she was more than willing. It was a delight talking with her as I struggle with PTSD. I wanted to make sure we were a good fit before making the leap into yet another therapy. I've been going twice a week for the last three weeks now and I'm so glad.
