I had my Super Deluxe Facial with Lorenza and I can not recommend it enough! The products used not only make your skin nourished and deep cleaned, but the smell is incredible! lets not forget about the fast that neck and shoulders massage that she did was amazing too! The whole experience was very relaxing, Lorenza was very professional as always. I will definitely be back! :) xx

Good service overall, I enjoyed my overall experience but not quite that 5 star rating, no hot water, toilet was as clean, waiting at reception whilst receptionist on the phone. But my treatment was very well done, everything explained perfectly, thought Natalie was excellent.
