The team at Rachael Katie (Southampton) are frankly, just lovely. Really welcoming, with exceptional customer care. Laura was great, she had the integrity to provided me with clear information and clarity about my different options (eyebrow treatments), the pros and the cons. Which I greatly appreciated. What I also appreciated and rated highly was that she did not try to upsell. If you are thinking about more permanent options for your eyebrows, I would highly recommend seeing Laura.

I've had a few back massages at Toetotal and they are so good. I feel very relaxed afterwards. Helps with my chronic back pain a lot. I will be returning for another session asap

I really enjoy coming to see Mel. She is warm, bubbly and friendly. Very uplifting. She is extremely knowledgeably about feet and is very professional and thorough. My feet always feel better after a visit. She works hard and is very focused on her job but still has time to listen and interact and chat. I would definitely recommend her.
