I feel thoroughly nourished. After two “interesting” weeks, I knew I was run down but I didn’t realise how close I was to the brink of exhaustion. I walked out of Applewood after a hot stone massage and Indian head massage thoroughly revitalised and ready to face whatever the coming days and weeks might bring with a re-found vigour and an air of positivity. Leah really does work magic, I feel like the woman I thought I was again. Thank you!

I had the Simply Natural Facial and scalp massage with an added on hand and arm massage and it was divine. I was immersed into a whole new level of relaxation and came away smelling divine from the beautiful essential oils used. Highly recommend and will book again soon!! Had my first session with Kylie today and the best way I can describe it was amazing. I have long term ongoing conditions that leave me incredibly tight across my upper body. Kylie took extra time to understand my condition, history and problem areas. They made me feel incredibly comfortable from the get go and I've found the massage she tailored for me to be so effective. I've left feeling lighter and much much looser.
