On Tuesday, I was lucky enough to have a full body hot stone massage with Lois. I went into the dark, cosy and warm treatment room with my shoulders and back totally tensed up and tight and came out feeling as if my limbs were not attached to my body, I was so very relaxed. I asked for a firm massage and that's what I got; it wouldn't be for the faint hearted but I totally loved it. Lois did check in to see if the pressure was ok and if the stones were too hot so I could have asked for adjustments at any time. Diolch Lois, I shall be booking with you again soon x

The new location is fab! Easy to find with the easy to follow directions that I received before my appointment. Still in Conwy but with much better parking and beautiful views! The room had a relaxing, calming vibe for my massage, which was the best as always. Been coming to Healing Hands for monthly massages for almost a year and it never disappoints, completely relaxing and improved my posture. Thank you so much! 💓

I had the best massage I've ever had today from Llinos! I opted for the head to toe indulgence, and I enjoyed it so much, I've booked it again! It was exactly what I needed. She relieved tension and knots I didn't even know I had! I would highly recommend Healing hands as, the staff are so friendly and accommodating, and the venue is just lovely and relaxing! My first visit to Healing Hands: beautiful treatment room, Sian was very friendly and welcoming. I had the buccal massage as I hold a lot of anxiety tension in my jaw and suffer occasional TMJ pain. The treatment was very nice and my jaw felt looser after the first treatment. I'll definitely be back, it's great to be able to give this tricky area some tlc, and get a lovely facial, head and neck massage at the same time.

Another fantastic deep tissue massage with Lois. She really worked at the the knots and tried to release the tension along my spine. Lois (as has always been my experience with Healing Hands) is very knowledgeable about muscle structure and took the time to explain the issues she could see with my back and possible causes and ways to help ⭐️🌟⭐️🌟⭐️

First massage with Ceri where she used hot stones and wow amazing! I could have stayed there all night. Ceri never ever disappoints. Can’t wait to go back and have the same again!!

I had the most wonderful Facial massage with Ceri today. I havent really had a facial before but as a singer i am using my mouth and jaw alot and I have built up quite a bit of unnecessary tension. Ceri focused on my jaw, the top of my neck and pressure points. I could feel how tight my muscles were in my jaw as the appointment started, and by the end I could feel an instant release of tension and a lightness throughout my face and neck. I will most definitely be having these regulary and i really appreciated Ceri's knowledge and understanding of her craft. Thanks so much Ceri ❤️

Staff are amazing - friendly and extremely knowledgeable. I experienced an all over body massage which was fabulous - the whole experience has left me relaxed and a lot more nimble. I would highly recommend.
