Wonderfully relaxing experience, made to feel at ease from the start. Room set up is beautiful and small attentions to details such as extremely soft blankets and offer of ice cold water at the end made the treatment even more enjoyable. I was definitely relaxed, managed to fall asleep for a small part of it! Looking forward to trying some different treatments and this one again.

What a lovely relaxing experience. I felt very nurtured and cared for during this treatment with Joanne. Loved the whole experience....heated blanket, body massager whilst the head spa treatment.. a mini facial and hand massage too. Highly recommend. Will be booking again as a special treat to myself. As someone with coloured hair, I've struggled to find a treatment that brings back its health and shine. The head spa with Jo not only delivered but exceeded my expectations. The room was lovely, and the relaxing music made me feel cosy. Jo even gave me a mini facial and a mini hand massage while the hair treatments worked their magic. I chose the rosemary and mint treatment and my hair has been transformed. It feels softer and looks more shiny than it has since I started colouring it. I'm so impressed and will definitely be back.

I had my first Environ electrical facial and it was a pleasant experience. Beauty therapist Megan asked me first to fill in a personal consultation form and a more in depth from the company Environ. Once in the treatment room, she explained the upcoming procedure in a calm and professional manner. She asked me as well if I had any questions before she started. After a good cleanse of my skin, she started with the light and electric shocks which gave a sort of prickly feeling. I was very relaxed. A creamy thick face mask was layered over my face, eyes and mouth too.

Excellent back massage and facial, really lovely and professional lady doing treatment! Thoroughly enjoyed the whole experience and we had a good chat too. One of the best facial I’ve had and my skin was glowing for 2 days with lots of Complements. Soo sorry, think her name was Layla?an asset to the Spa x
