On Tuesday, I was lucky enough to have a full body hot stone massage with Lois. I went into the dark, cosy and warm treatment room with my shoulders and back totally tensed up and tight and came out feeling as if my limbs were not attached to my body, I was so very relaxed. I asked for a firm massage and that's what I got; it wouldn't be for the faint hearted but I totally loved it. Lois did check in to see if the pressure was ok and if the stones were too hot so I could have asked for adjustments at any time. Diolch Lois, I shall be booking with you again soon x

I went for a relaxation massage but also mentioned I’d been having problems with my back and neck. Ceri was absolutely brilliant — she understood exactly what was going on and worked on the areas that needed it most. The pressure was just right, firm where it needed to be, but she always checked that I was comfortable. By the end I felt like a huge weight had been lifted — relaxed, lighter, and completely at ease. Ceri really does have a gift!

I don't really have the words to describe the quality of the massage Llinos gave me, but from start to finish it was wonderful. So much so that a couple of days later the intense pain through my neck, back and legs have virtually disappeared to the extent where I'm not trying to alleviate the pain myself.
