30 minute reflexology treatment with Francesca which I always enjoy, as a regular client. Followed by a hot stone body massage.’Rachel always hits the problems that need working on . She is so calm and an excellent therapist. I love coming here . Warm welcome from Shanie . I have to be honest that after spending £100 on treatments it was disappointing to be hearing maintenance men drilling and hammering throughout my 90 minutes , in the spirit leisure club right next to the treatment room .

My experience was fantastic. It was my first time trying a Swedish massage, having previously opted for Manual Lymphatic Drainage a few times. I decided to switch things up, and I was not disappointed; this session was just as enjoyable as the last. Anj is dedicated and truly cares about her clients, making each massage session a delightful experience.

I have been to Ang pre and post surgery for lymphatic drainage massages. The experiences have been fabulous and have very much helped with my recovery. So much so, I’m now addicted so will be continuing to see Ang regularly for these. The space is heavenly, a really relaxing haven.
