I often feel after a massage 'relaxing but wish it got into more knots' or 'was deep but harsh now I feel tenser, wish it was more relaxing'. Well Rich knows what he's doing. A lot of knotted muscles released and I feel much less tense allover. Much more relaxed. The practice area is clean and bright. Also great value treatment! In had sports massage, some hot stones incorporated too.

A return visit after such a successful first appointment. I had some specific areas of tightness in my lower back, legs & feet from sport which Rich worked absolute wonders on. He gave some fantastic advice & stretch exercises. Highly recommended *****

Honest advice to either maintain or get back to the sport you love. I have been seeing Rich on/off for years, wouldn’t go anywhere else. Highly recommend, maybe some of the tunes are a bit dodgy but great service.

I saw Rich having had a patellar tracking problem mainly caused from overuse and tightness of the quad, hamstring and glutes as a cyclist. As ever Rich leaves no stone unturned. I was embarrassingly stiff, part due to injury and part in general. I couldn't believe the amount of flexibility I had after the session with continued yoga as recommended. I must keep this up. Also recommended to a friend. Thank you.

Feels great to have this service back.. As always Richard works his magic again. Been training with my football team 3 times a week for the last 5-6 weeks so started to feel a bit sore and stiff, so this was definitely needed 😁😁 Feel a whole lot better then I did when I went in and will be 100% better tomorrow morning. Be back in about 4 weeks for some more treatment. Highly recommended

I have been searching for someone to do sports massage for ages, and Rich is the guy! It is essential maintenance for me to ensure tension does not build up over time and I avoid injury! I have a back problem that will probably always be with me so that always feels loads better after!

Nicola is warm and friendly but still professional from the moment she greets you. She is thorough from when you book the appointment asking for a pre health questionnaire to when you leave with some post massage do’s and don’ts. Nicola makes you feel at ease explaining what she is going to do. The massage - I had full body - was wonderful. I walked out feeling much lighter and my muscles were definitely less tense. Do I recommend Nicola - 💯!
