Already mentioned a few things but for here it was how it didn't feel like it followed a pre-determined plan but instead organically addressed certain tight areas and gently but firmly ironed them out. Jo was lovely. I had a mindful massage, a new experience for me. It was very slow ans gentle, and I wasn't sure it would help as I usually go for sports massages. Anyway, I was left more relaxed than any other massage I have had. Jo made the tension melt away. I cannot recommend her highly enough.
