She asked me if I had any areas I would like concentrating on and proceeded to get all my stress knots out with wonderfully firm pressure that I requested . Sarah is very experienced and knows exactly what she's doing. I had a sports massage and sarah listened to me and explained exactly what she would do throughout the massage ensuring that i was comfortable atall times, using lots of oil and hot stones. So pleased I found her!
