Back from my first ASMR treatment with Sarah. I’m still floating. Didn’t know what to expect but wow how relaxing was that. Never knew there were so many ways to massage the scalp and hair. Always a pleasure to see Sarah and working her magic. So calm and professional throughout. Thoroughly recommend this treatment, if you haven’t tried it, go on. I’m definitely booking in again. I can highly recommend the 'winter warmer' treatment. After a wonderful and relaxing hot stone back massage, I had a brilliant facial, which has left my skin feeling beautifully soft! Beth is very friendly and her calming nature put me at ease straight away. I shall definitely return for other treatments!

Fantastic TMJ treatment for my tight jaw. This included neck, upper back, chest, scalp and jaw massage as well as soft tissue release of the jaw muscles inside the mouth. I was able to open my mouth wider at the end of the hour's session! See you next week.

I had the face sculpting massage today, and it was absolute bliss. I'm not great at switching my mind off, but Sarah's calming presence and skilled hands, combined with the tranquillity of the salon and the warm bed, meant I completely zoned out. My skin felt smooth, plump, and hydrated. 100% recommend, and I will definitely have this treatment again.

Had the Derma2 Bio peel at Serene. No redness or irritation afterwards, and my skin feels so smooth now. Sarah gave me a lovely hand massage whilst I relaxed under the LED light. Will definitely have another one.
