It was my first time at this Salon after my regular nail tech went MIA. Madison was very friendly, put me at ease the minute I walked through the door, offered me a drink & was warm & welcoming. She explained everything that she would be doing & why, very knowledgeable & well trained & her attention to detail is brilliant also. We chatted, we laughed, all in all I felt very comfortable & well looked after. When her boss, Cassidy came in she also was very warm & friendly too. I have just come home from an amazing pedicure with Dominique at BH Beauty and can honestly say I haven’t felt this relaxed for weeks, possibly months. The salon is pristine and so, so clean, which is especially important in the current times. Everything felt very safe and secure. I don’t have a huge experience of using salons and was unsure what to expect, however, Dominique’s positive attitude and easy going personality immediately put me at ease. I will definitely be coming back!!

I had s wonderful day yesterday. In the indoor and outdoor poole sauna and steam room and then jumping in the waves. All staff were brilliant. Two people stood out especially. Neil Pslmer who went the extta mile for us. In the pool area and Sansah who gave me a wonderful Calm Seas Body Bslance Ritual. I felt so good afterwards I gave her s hug. My husband John snd i used to be life members and it was lovely to be bsck yesterday. It was a shame that we were unable to use our membetship for 18 months from March 20 to Sept 21 because of Covid.

Wow.. what can I say! What a totally amazing experience this was! My first hot stone massage and I will definitely being going back regularly. I didn't realise how much stress my body had been holding on to. jaew was totally amazing.. so knowledgeable and recognised all my issues. She gave me so much good advice on how to look after my body. I can't recommend her enough.. I came away feeling rejuvenated and looking forward to going back.

Fantastic TMJ treatment for my tight jaw. This included neck, upper back, chest, scalp and jaw massage as well as soft tissue release of the jaw muscles inside the mouth. I was able to open my mouth wider at the end of the hour's session! See you next week.
