I had a 'pick n mix' gift voucher and I chose a facial, head massage and back massage. Laura was my therapist and it was wonderful - I was so relaxed by the end I fell asleep!! The service at the Wallisdown branch is always lovely, calm and professional. Would highly recommend The Venue 👌

I booked myself in for an age smart facial with Sarah and it was such a lovely experience. The service was amazing and she was so attentive throughout. She also provided me with lots of information about recommended products after. The only issue I had was with booking. As I had a voucher, I could only use it at wallisdown and I found the treatments shown online as being available in Wallisdown weren’t actually available there when I called them which was a little disappointing, but other than that it was a great experience.

Everything about the Venue is fantastic. Such a warm welcome, offered hot and cold drinks, the salon is spotless and decorated really nicely. My treatment with Kayleigh was lovely and she explained everything as she went. I got 20% off as it was my first time there which was a lovely surprise. I'll definitely be back 😊

The special treatment brought over christmas was surblime. An hour and half of hot stones and botties brillant. Laura was lovely and gave me advise about problem areas and how i could help ease some of the issues. Overall a wonderful experience

It was my first time at this Salon after my regular nail tech went MIA. Madison was very friendly, put me at ease the minute I walked through the door, offered me a drink & was warm & welcoming. She explained everything that she would be doing & why, very knowledgeable & well trained & her attention to detail is brilliant also. We chatted, we laughed, all in all I felt very comfortable & well looked after. When her boss, Cassidy came in she also was very warm & friendly too. Amy has a relaxing , a gentle and soothing personality. Her personality makes you feel the same at the end of massage. What an amazing massage . Love the hot stones . I have a physical job and have lots of strain on my shoulders, Amy did a lot of work on this area and have relieved the tension. I really recommend anyone to have a winter warmer massage , you will feel refreshed for the rest of the winter months. Going back next month . I love the chimes bells at the end , I find that very relaxing. And nice way to finish the massage . Cannot wait for my next one . A big thank you honey xx

I can highly recommend the 'winter warmer' treatment. After a wonderful and relaxing hot stone back massage, I had a brilliant facial, which has left my skin feeling beautifully soft! Beth is very friendly and her calming nature put me at ease straight away. I shall definitely return for other treatments!

I enjoyed a fabulous 2 hour hot stone massage and facial with Sarah in her lovely new clinic. The whole experience felt luxurious with beautiful scented candles, heated blankets and gorgeous products. Sarah is simply the best at what she does and I would never want to go anywhere else. Truly 5 stars!

Fantastic TMJ treatment for my tight jaw. This included neck, upper back, chest, scalp and jaw massage as well as soft tissue release of the jaw muscles inside the mouth. I was able to open my mouth wider at the end of the hour's session! See you next week.
