Always a Brilliant massage with Hayley, I am doing a course of lymphatic drainage massages on my arm, after having arm surgery and I genuinely believe it has helped enhance my healing process much quicker, I have seen a noticeable improvement overall and would highly recommend anyone to have lymphatic drainage massage, not only if you have had an operation but just in general I think it’s really good for your overall lymphatic drainage system, health and well being, especially in the January month it’s good to combine it with your health kick regime.

A charming holistic space. From the moment you walk in, the atmosphere feels calm, welcoming, and beautifully designed — a true sanctuary Ellie is incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and genuinely caring. She takes time to explain everything and makes you feel completely at ease. The facilities are wonderful! I love the infrared sauna and red light therapy, which always leave me feeling relaxed and re-energised. Today’s session was particularly special, combining oxygen therapy, a shiatsu foot massage, a warm eye mask, and a heated relaxation chair. It was deeply relaxing!

Amazing massage, really lovely lady, kind and makes you feel at ease straight away. I had Vaser Liposuction on my arms and needed to find someone that does lymphatic drainage messages. I had my first one today and it was just what I needed, I could feel the benefits straightaway. Hayley is obviously very knowledgeable in her field of work and I would highly recommend her. Still one of the best massages I have had. I feel sorry for Kayleigh's fingers / nuckles and arms after the workout my back just had. If the massage industry ever collapses she would make a great living working as an interrogation agent for a desot country

Really look forward to my infrared/red light saunas, and even the cold shower after which I take at my own pace. I recently also had a very relaxing head massage after one of them, which set me up perfectly for a great night sleep. On these dark cold nights, this is the best place to be.

Pure Calma is a deeply restful sanctuary in this busy world. I felt able to deeply relax in my treatment there. My body is gently detoxing in safe hands.
