Natalie is awesome! Her work ethic is incredible and I was so impressed by how much she values her clients and will always make time for them. I had a waxing appointment with her and she made me feel very at ease and chatted so that I barely noticed the waxing! 10/10 would recommend ☺️

I was recommended to her and I can absolutely see why. She took extra care around my C-section scar when I told her I was nervous, and she made me feel completely at ease. She’s honestly brilliant—probably the best waxer in Cardiff. If anyone is looking for someone professional, gentle, and genuinely lovely to be around, I highly recommend her!

Danielle is lovely, friendly and always makes us feel comfortable, I have my nails done and get so many compliments, amazing colours too. My 12 year old daughter has recently started having her legs sugar waxed and she loves it, Danielle talks her through it and always makes sure she’s ok. I was very nervous about letting her have them done but Danielle advised me on what was best for her and reassured me which was great. We couldn’t be happier

I recently had an appointment for male waxing and I must say it was a positive experience. Dewi was professional and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process. The waxing itself was done efficiently and with minimal discomfort. I was impressed with the attention to detail and the thoroughness of the service. Overall, I would highly recommend this establishment for male waxing appointments.

As always, the best experience, Caryl makes the whole intimate waxing process effortless. Highly recommended.

After having a bad waxing experience with a previous company, I was a little nervous about a new business, however, the whole experience was fantastic from start to finish. Charlie was so friendly, professional and knowledgeable, and made me feel completely at ease. The room was lovely and clean and bright, and the service itself was great.
