I am in love with my hair!!!! The team are all so knowledgable and personable. I’ve been worried about hair fall and breakage since moving to london and having hard water, but they are so good! They recommended how I should be looking after my hair and were able to tell me what I needed to do to get my hair healthy and blonde at the same time. The best balayage i’ve had in london - I travel an hour for this!

She especially made sure to walk me through the waxing process given that I was still a new be he made me feel comfortable right away and she also always makes sure you’re happy with the results before you leave.
