I booked the royal hammam & massage for my Mom’s birthday. She said that it was the highlight of her trip to Dubai & that the treatments were amazing. She commented that the staff were very friendly, respectful and accommodating and made her feel at home. When I went to collect her, I also spoke with the staff who were so lovely and welcoming. The vibe in the salon is unmatched and the decor is beautiful. I will definitely book here again. If you’re looking for any treatments I’d recommend here, especially for hammam and massages. Thank you so much for making her birthday special!

Love Jasmine, i have never found a hairdresser i regularly would go to in Dubai in 10 years... until now. She is great and can really manage my hair which is super thick, curly and hard to manage but she does it so quickly and we always have a laugh together :)

Dee is just the best! I have searched long and hard for a nail tech with her expertise here in Dubai. My nails lost between three and four weeks and even then it’s just regrowth. You are amazing thank you so much for affordable and excellent service!

I came with my two daughters to have our nails and henna done. We had an amazing experience. The salon is beautiful and clean, the staff is friendly and welcoming. Both nail technicians were fast and professional, the henna artist did some lovely designs and the owner lady handled a small scheduling issue fantastically. We were all very pleased, ready to celebrate Eid. I will definitely be back and will recommend the salon to everyone. Thank you for the excellent services!

I had the best experience at Beauty By Bella Salon! The staff was incredibly professional and made me feel comfortable right away. My technician took the time to shape my eyebrows perfectly with threading, giving them a clean and natural look. The tinting was done flawlessly, enhancing my brows without looking too harsh. The results were exactly what I wanted—fuller, well-defined brows that still look natural! The salon itself is clean, welcoming, and has a relaxing atmosphere. I truly appreciate the attention to detail and the care they put into their work. I’ll definitely be coming back!

This is my new favorite salon. Sunita is amazing at full body Massage. May is amazing at handling bookings and everyone else is super professional. I have never had this kind of experience at any salon before in Abu Dhabi for 25 years.

It was another amazing experience today with the service from Aysha and Sonu. I’m truly satisfied with the care they provide every time. I was a bit sad to hear that Aysha will be transferring to another branch — it’s rare to find someone who understands my nail condition so well and takes such thoughtful care of its sensitivity. Sabina is outstanding at her job! Amazing nail technician, knowledgeable, detailed oriented and fast. On top of that, she is always kind, attentive and such a warm personality. Staff at the reception always polite and very responsive.

The hospitality, friendliness and professionalism of the team is amazing. I loved the little treat we were given as well.
