Was a fantastic first time acupuncture experience!. Craig was such a delight! Not only was there a full patient history taking where I got to talk about my pain in full detail and with much feedback and care, but they addressed my source of pain/ discomfort directly! I left feeling completely relaxed for what maybe the first time in my life! So very grateful and planning on setting up a long term pain relief plan soon!

I feel so lucky to have found Note to Self Wellness. I had been searching for a natural alternative to botox and other medical anti-aging treatments. I love the look and feel of aging naturally and embracing this aspect of life, but also doing my best to keep my skin vibrant. After getting facials for a few years, I have even started trying additional treatments like the brow tint & shape and the lash tint & lift. I am very fair so you can't see my lashes or brows well without makeup. The experience has been so thoughtfully put together from the moment you walk through the door. Thank you!!!

Suzy is a miracle worker. As always, my session with her today was MAGICAL. Suzy is so thoughtful, caring, and has *the touch*! I'm always glowing between each session with her. Even though it's a facial, I feel like I got a full body massage. Crazy. Highly and ONLY recommend coming here...and ask for SUZY!

My massage was amazing. Exactly the right therapeutic pressure and movement for my body. The kindness and attention I experienced was soothing and joyful. Lucky me, there was a cancellation and I was able to get in same day, which is likely not normal. I went in with terrible neck and back pain and the massage was instrumental in my healing. I felt so much better the next day!

Then I had a facial with Mesale, and it was truly the most relaxing facial I’ve ever had. She has such a gentle, grounding presence, and the whole treatment felt luxurious and deeply restorative. The entire vibe of the space is peaceful, intentional, and beautifully curated. I left feeling completely refreshed—and my skin is glowing. Highly recommend if you’re looking to truly treat yourself.
