Was a fantastic first time acupuncture experience!. Craig was such a delight! Not only was there a full patient history taking where I got to talk about my pain in full detail and with much feedback and care, but they addressed my source of pain/ discomfort directly! I left feeling completely relaxed for what maybe the first time in my life! So very grateful and planning on setting up a long term pain relief plan soon!

My massage was amazing. Exactly the right therapeutic pressure and movement for my body. The kindness and attention I experienced was soothing and joyful. Lucky me, there was a cancellation and I was able to get in same day, which is likely not normal. I went in with terrible neck and back pain and the massage was instrumental in my healing. I felt so much better the next day!

We arrived to an unexpected staffing issue that could've derailed my friend's and my joint take-care-of-us day. But the staff and owner couldn't have been better about figuring it out and providing each of us with the treatments we came in for—massage w/Marisa for me and facial with Kelley for my friend—that refreshed & energized. Beautiful, tranquil spot with kind, generous people.

First time Thai massage. Marisa explained what she would be working on after my intake. I left leaving lighter with years of “junk” left on the mat. It is something that I have never experienced before. If your looking to release I would highly recommend.

Had a prenatal massage at 35 weeks. Highly recommend. Will be back post baby :)
