I feel so lucky to have found Note to Self Wellness. I had been searching for a natural alternative to botox and other medical anti-aging treatments. I love the look and feel of aging naturally and embracing this aspect of life, but also doing my best to keep my skin vibrant. After getting facials for a few years, I have even started trying additional treatments like the brow tint & shape and the lash tint & lift. I am very fair so you can't see my lashes or brows well without makeup. The experience has been so thoughtfully put together from the moment you walk through the door. Thank you!!!

Suzy is a miracle worker. As always, my session with her today was MAGICAL. Suzy is so thoughtful, caring, and has *the touch*! I'm always glowing between each session with her. First time Thai massage. Marisa explained what she would be working on after my intake. I left leaving lighter with years of “junk” left on the mat. It is something that I have never experienced before. If your looking to release I would highly recommend.
