Today was my 2nd visit to House of Rose…. As soon as you walk through the door you are made to feel so welcome by the lovely Reception staff. My appointments for the treatments I have received were with Jennifer, who is absolutely amazing at what she does and so knowledgeable. Straight away you are put at ease and everything is explained fully. I will definitely be returning and would 100% recommend this fab place and Jennifer x

I had nanonbrows done - everyone was so lovely and made you feel very comfortable. Charlotte explained the full process, asked about how I liked my eyebrows as well as the colour and showed me the outline of my eyebrows before to make sure I was content with the shape. Absolutely loved my full body massage & hot stones with Gaynor. This is the first time I’ve ever had a massage as I’ve always avoided it with having a cervical slipped disc, it was the best decision I could of made having it done. Gaynor made me feel so comfortable & relaxed, explained everything in detail. My daily pain feels so much more subsided, this is something I will go on to have done on a monthly basis, the environment is relaxing & comfortable I almost fell asleep. If you have ever wanted a massage but not been sure if you’d feel comfortable The Massage Academy is the place for you.

The BEST day ever. Thoroughly pampered from start to finish! My Thai foot and hand massage was amaaaazing Thankyou Scott! Full body massage by Michaels was fantastic and the Reiki was out of this world I can’t believe how relaxed I felt afterwards. I could actually feel the healing releasing trauma from my body. The treatment was really nice. I enjoyed the face and head massage. Thank you. Unfortunately it was a bit spoiled because my 6 pm appointment started 6:10, which is ok, but it finished 7 pm, which is 50 minutes. You advertise it as 1h and I believe it's reasonable to expect 1 h treatment, especially that it's quite expensive. When asked about it I was told it's 1h with setting up. If that's the case you should inform the customer or say it's 50 minutes. I loved it but I'm not sure I'd book it again for that price. Xx

After having my lips dissolved and beautifully re-filled by Jennifer last year, I knew from then on that I just couldn’t trust anyone else with my face. Today I’ve had a dermal filler package done and she has just done the best job ever, so subtle and natural yet such a difference it has made! she is truly magic 🪄 after loosing my spark for many years and having two disabled children so, of course, having bigger priorities.. she has brought so much sparkle back and I couldn’t be more grateful to her and the rest of the team. Emma has made my nails look fabulous, and Lisa gave me a pedicure the foot massage is great I didn’t want her to stop and I feel I could walk on air, Lisa also waxed my eyebrows and tinted them. I have had a lovely visit to Beauty Within it won’t be my last.

I Had a full body scrub and I have to say Annie was fantastic! So professional but down to earth too making the whole experience feel relaxed and wholesome. I can recommend 100%!!

Had a full body exfoliation massage by Anne-Marie, and WOW. Such a fab treatment to prepare the skin for holiday; helps to tan and I find tan lasts longer. Anne-Marie was very knowledgeable and professional, would not hesitate to have this treatment again.

Gaynor is amazing and her treatments have been a blessing throughout my chemotherapy journey. After a full body massage I feel mentally and emotionally uplifted. Thankyou Gaynor 🙏🏽
