Anita is really good and very experienced in her craft and skills, with many years experience. She is a lovely young lady and my nails always look really great. She offers ideas and is open to mine. She does her work with ease and perfection and pays attention to producing my nails how I like them, concentrating on doing her work carefully. I enjoy going to the salon and seeing Anita. Excellent session with Jason - highly recommend! He’s very knowledgeable, kind, and listens to you. I’ve been to several massage therapist and this one was the best by far. My left hip and knee felt a lot better after our session, I have exercises to practice, and I already booked my follow-up.

Fantastic-very good professional soft tissue massage. Jason took in account the history of the injury, made an assessment and explained everything in detail- learned a lot about the the mechanics of the legs- how to prevent another injury from happening and vey good advice regarding stretches and treatment. Super happy would highly recommend him for ultra runners!

Natalie is great. She’s such a bubbly and lovely character. You could be having the worst day and you’ll feel much much better the minute you see her. The owner & the team managed to create a wonderful plan to help me prep for my wedding & I feel 200 times better now that I’ve completed our plan. From Hbot to Red light to Yolandi’s magical lymphatic drainage massages, they’ve made sure I was ready for my wedding abroad! Good job team!!

Teresa really is exceptional and I was fortunate to have registered with her when I moved to the area. She puts one at ease, her treatment addresses the problem as a whole, fully informing the patient throughout and, where appropriate, giving beneficial exercises to do at home to achieve the best outcome.
