Anita is really good and very experienced in her craft and skills, with many years experience. She is a lovely young lady and my nails always look really great. She offers ideas and is open to mine. She does her work with ease and perfection and pays attention to producing my nails how I like them, concentrating on doing her work carefully. I enjoy going to the salon and seeing Anita. My massage with Hoffman Ngai was excellent, he is very skilled and made me feel so comfortable. The staff is super friendly, the room is nice and warm, I really can't recommend Crow's Nest highly enough. I will definitely be back.

Excellent session with Jason - highly recommend! He’s very knowledgeable, kind, and listens to you. I’ve been to several massage therapist and this one was the best by far. My left hip and knee felt a lot better after our session, I have exercises to practice, and I already booked my follow-up.

Katie preformed 4 separate treatments on me and I’m delighted with all of them. The serenity massage was amazing and really helped the dermatitis on my scalp. I also had eyebrows waxed, tinted and shaped done to perfection. I will definitely be booking in with Katie again! 🙂

Highly recommend & will definitely return. Absolutely amazing massage! Was a little dubious at first but was reassured by my therapist! This wasn’t a relaxing massage but knew it wasn’t going to be but was exactly what I needed as my back neck & shoulders were totally knotted up but honestly my body felt so relaxed & loose later that afternoon with the great massage techniques! I don’t think my back, neck & shoulders have felt that loose & moveable without issue for years! I went for the full hour massage. Thank you

Really look forward to my infrared/red light saunas, and even the cold shower after which I take at my own pace. I recently also had a very relaxing head massage after one of them, which set me up perfectly for a great night sleep. On these dark cold nights, this is the best place to be.

I had a spray tan done here the day before my graduation. The colour turned out beautifully and the beautician was lovely and kept me well informed on how to make the tan last.

My first experience of a full infrared and red light sauna was better than expected, in that I can be a little restless in normal saunas, but this was an easy, calm and relaxing 30 minutes - even being able to manage slightly longer under the cold water shower was a surprise to me. Felt really good after. Excellent experience of something I had only heard of until recently. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
