Went to Andrew with lower back from CrossFit and running, he went through all the potential courses and how I can prevent them. Full body massage focusing on lower back for pain and tight hamstrings made sure to work on areas of concerns. Amazing service couldn't recommend him more

I have the most incredible 45-minute full body massage session at BODYROLL, and I can't stop raving about it! The owner, Triin, was exceptionally helpful and made me feel so welcome from the moment I stepped into the beautiful studio space. The BODYROLL machines worked wonders on every part of my body, leaving me feeling completely blissed out, I can't wait for my next visit. A very thorough, much needed 70 minute detailed deep tissue massage session on my back , neck & rotator cuff areas. Followed by suction cups on the back , hamstrings & calf muscles . Andrew really worked deep on the muscles & advised on exercises to strengthen the weaknesses & to correct imbalance & over compensation. Really helpful, knowledgable advice . Highly recommend his services.

He’s really helped keep my legs feeling so fresh. He takes the time to listen to what’s going on with my training and tailors each session to that. He genuinely cares about my goals and how my body feels week to week. On top of all that, Andrew’s just a really lovely guy!!!!! This was my first time getting a sports massage, targeting my hip flexors and quads, after experiencing tightness at the back end of my training block. Andrew was fantastic, walked me through each step as the session progressed. We began diagnosing the issue followed by deep tissue massage and then came up with some mobility exercises to help this going forward. Fantastic service from start to finish, won’t be the last time I will be using The Recovery Clinic!

I was extremely impressed by Andrew’s preparation for my treatment today . He planned an excellent session of deep tissue massage & resistance exercises to help strengthen the affected areas . I would highly recommend him to anyone who is experiencing aches & pains in joints, muscles or limbs. He took his time to explain what he was doing & why, which helped me understand today’s session and how it fits into an ongoing programme of rehabilitation.

Andrew is so welcoming, friendly and knowledgeable and explains everything he is going to do, and I have left feeling absolutely brilliant and refreshed! I attended the clinic today and can’t recommend Andrew enough! He was friendly, easy to chat to, and had the kind of positive energy that makes an appointment fly by. The treatment felt tailored to me, rather than a one-size-fits-all approach! As a woman, I also felt completely comfortable. The whole experience was professional, respectful and welcoming, with absolutely no awkward or creepy vibes (something I think women worry about), just a knowledgeable therapist who genuinely cares about helping people feel and perform their best. The massage itself felt great and Andrew ended the session by talking through and showing me on images what he had done to which muscles and how it supports specific areas. Will definately be back!
