Travelled from South Wales to do the Manchester Marathon this weekend and visited CryoLab twice before and after the race. Was so scared before it but Martine was absolutely amazing and so reassuring. To say the chamber helped with my niggles and muscle soreness was an understatement. Jordanne yet again took me to another dimension! I had my second lift and sculpt facial and it was just as incredible as the first. Pure luxury and indulgence for 90mins I was also lucky to have the full body lymphatic drainage massage and it was just as incredible. From next month I will be doing the package so that I can escape reality once a month! Amazing amazing amazing xx

I've been coming for the Ultra Tesla seat which is truly improving my life, so I'm very glad to have found the Cryo Lab. All the staff are really lovely and helpful having responded quickly to my initial enquiry. Today I booked in a massage as I was there for the seat. Jordanne's deep tissue massage was amazing for all the problem areas of my back ... I floated out on a cloud feeling loads better. I very much recommend:-)

I had an amazing experience at Roukh Thai Wellness in Prestwich. Nora is highly skilled and very professional. She gave one of the best deep tissue and hot stone massages I’ve had in Manchester. Her technique and understanding of muscle tension and pressure points were excellent. The deep tissue, hot stones, and stretching helped release tightness in my back and shoulders. The place is clean, calm, and relaxing. I left feeling refreshed and much lighter. Highly recommend Nora.

First visit to find a clean, warm and welcoming space. Very relaxing treatment room. I booked in for an hour of deep tissue massage and received a wonderful combination of Thai, Balinese, deep tissue and hot stones from Rosie who adapted the technique dependent on what my body needed in different areas. She also used a warm Thai balm which felt sumptuous. It’s the most relaxed and tension free I have felt in months. Finished off with a foot spa and a cup of tea. Wonderful. I will be back, thank you.

I had a deep tissue massage booked in with sne. I expected a weak massage with no outcome. However, sne fixed my nerve pain in my arm which I had been experiencing for over a year. She powered through the deep tissue massage and applied the cups to all areas of pain leaving me content with the results. I will definitely be visiting again and would recommend to everyone.

Amazing! I booked a deep tissue massage not sure what I actually needed. Sat with Jordanne, explained the problem, she asked if I’d ever had a deep tissue massage before, which was no, so she advised a mixture of a deep tissue and Swedish massage. I walked in like a coiled spring and 1 hour later left feeling like the weight of the world had been lifted off my shoulders and all tension in my back was gone. Jordanne is truly wonderful.
