Incredible as ever ! I’ve just had the most insane deep tissue massage and I feel lighter than light . Lana is truly uneak at what she does , I feel so good . I love my monthly treatments with Lana and reccomend her to all my friends and now they are all using Lana also , she is the best .

I had a full body aromatherapy massage and an Indian head massage. It was 100% the best massage I have ever had. It was so relaxing and Lana was so brilliant. I will be making these a regular now. :)

Jade was my therapist for a full leg strip wax and Brazilian hot wax...as always, her technique and professionalism are flawless! I also have very sensitive eczema-prone skin but have never had any issues with the products used.

Took my 10 year old to get his ear pierced. He was nervous, but the body piercer but him at ease and explained step by step what would happen. She let my son choose an earring out of 4 options. It was done quickly and professionally. Prices online need to be updated, though. The price list stated £16 for a single lobe, but I was charged £20 at the shop. I didn't say anything as I thought this was still reasonable, considering the earring was included in the price. Overall, it was a great experience.

I had the new 90minute full body with hot stones. Absolutely lovely, very relaxing and I could feel my muscles unknot which was great. Definitely recommend and Nic was wonderful explained what she was going to do beforehand. Thanks so much Nic xx

Sarah took great care to explain what would happen during the treatment, she is friendly, professional and incredibly good at shat she does. I had the 90 min Japanese Hair Spa and the experience was fabulous, I fell asleep at one point! I had the full works and it was so worth it, keeping the oils in and having a rough dry at the end. My hair and scalp feel so good. Would highly recommend.

I had a hair wash, treatment and blow dry by Katie and the whole experience was so good from start to finish. She is very professional and knowledgeable and my hair looks and feels amazing. The salon is absolutely beautiful and it feels like such a treat to be in such a luxurious environment. I will 100% be back
