Absolutely amazing! I have been quite a few times and had a few different beauticians but all have been incredible! My favourite treatment is the express glo facial as it really rejuvenates my skin and is well priced. I find some facials very heavy on my skin and irritating- however, the Beauty Refinery’s never do! It’s super relaxing and they even gave me a chocolate at the end of my last appointment! One of my fave places in Leicester 🫶

I attended a wet cupping session with Mubina today and was very impressed with the quality of care. She was attentive, responsive to my individual needs, and adapted the treatment plan without hesitation. Her calm and reassuring manner made the whole experience very positive. Katie was amazing! She really took her time working on all the knots in my back and made sure I was comfortable the whole way through. The massage was the perfect mix of relaxing and deep tissue! just what I needed😍. She gave me some really helpful advice afterwards too. Honestly, one of the best massages I’ve had, and I’ll definitely be booking again soon!

I booked the deep tissue massage for my husband who had a problem with his shoulder and neck, he said it was wonderful, relieved the problem and her knowledge was very valuable, he would definitely recommend.

My first time here & i was welcomed with a smile, the service was amazing, cosy warm room, i was anxious about the iv infusion but Mubina explained it all so well and put me at ease with her kindess, experience she shared. She kept coming to check up on me , left me an ipad with netflix and warm drink to relax through the treatment. We ended up chatting throughout. The IV infusion has left me feeling so energised. Within 24hrs i felt the plump and glow in my face. I feel refreshed and positive. My mornings are a whole lot better now. I will be back soon! X

First time visiting Shaz Hair & Beauty today, I booked in for a dry trim with Shazia and my whole experience was amazing. Shazia is really friendly and welcoming, it can be daunting going to a new hairdressers but she made me feel so comfortable. The salon was clean and tidy. Shazia trimmed my hair, thinned it out and even gave me a bit of shaping on the front and I could tell she genuinely enjoys what she does and she’s really good at it! My hair is beautiful, I feel fantastic and that is all thanks to Shazia! 100% would recommend, I will definitely be back!
