Absolutely amazing! I have been quite a few times and had a few different beauticians but all have been incredible! My favourite treatment is the express glo facial as it really rejuvenates my skin and is well priced. I find some facials very heavy on my skin and irritating- however, the Beauty Refinery’s never do! It’s super relaxing and they even gave me a chocolate at the end of my last appointment! One of my fave places in Leicester 🫶

I had a lovely experience today, having the Mother’s Day serenity package with Francesca. She was so lovely and kind, checking in lots that everything was okay. She explained everything so well and made me feel at ease the minute I walked in. Honestly the best full body massage and facial I’ve ever had. Such a good package too for the price and what’s included! 🥰

I had deep tissue massage today. The therapist was amazing and really tried to work out my knots! The only downside is that I arrived early and despite ringing the buzzer I wasn’t let in until my appointment time. I was later told the intercom wasn’t working. This meant by time I met my therapist unchanged and was on the table it was 5-10 mins into my therapy time. By time I was changed, paid and back in my car it was 10:00am. This meant my appointment time was realistically only 30-40 minutes but was supposed to be 45 minutes. A bit disappointing.

I booked a mani and pedi and to say the least went in feeling drab and left with not just my nails looking fabulous but overall uplifted with the whole amazing ambiance and the staff are very professional and welcoming … definitely my fav nail spot in Leicester .
