Absolutely amazing! I have been quite a few times and had a few different beauticians but all have been incredible! My favourite treatment is the express glo facial as it really rejuvenates my skin and is well priced. I find some facials very heavy on my skin and irritating- however, the Beauty Refinery’s never do! It’s super relaxing and they even gave me a chocolate at the end of my last appointment! One of my fave places in Leicester 🫶

I had a full body massage and head massage with Molly, and it was such a lovely experience. From start to finish, I felt completely comfortable and able to switch off. The massage was incredibly relaxing, and I left feeling calm, refreshed, and rejuvenated. Molly was friendly, professional, and made the whole experience feel special. I honestly feel like this is something I need to book every few weeks now because of how relaxed and refreshed it made me feel. I had a lovely experience today, having the Mother’s Day serenity package with Francesca. She was so lovely and kind, checking in lots that everything was okay. She explained everything so well and made me feel at ease the minute I walked in. Honestly the best full body massage and facial I’ve ever had. This place is magical. With so many beautiful young butterflies 🦋 professional staff dressed appropriately. I wish I had found this place sooner. I tried everywhere in Leicester. And this place beats it all places! This place is very organised cleaned and good hygiene. I never seem a place that is more friendly honest caring helpful sincere truthful professional and hardworking. They dont manipulate by offering wrong treamtns that I don’t need. Only treatments that I meed. If I don’t need they wont recommend.
