It was very relaxed atmosphere and the whole experience was done with great warmth and professionalism. It’s been such a long time since I had a spray tan so I forgot how long it usually takes but I was done and dusted in 15 minutes, and it was only £15. What a bargain!

Emma and Leighoni did a perfect job on my head today. I have such a dark root and they got it amazing for my first sitting. I had a full head of highlights and it's the first time I've left a salon feeling beyond happy with my hair. Gorgeous girls to they make you feel so comfortable! Found my forever hair salon now ❤️.

The new House of Castellis salon is absolutely stunning! The team are so welcoming and instantly put you at ease – it’s such a relaxing vibe from the moment you walk in. They offer so many different services – you could honestly spend the whole day getting pampered. I have my hair and nails done here and wouldn’t go anywhere else now!

Paige was absolutely brilliant today (as always). Not only did I need extra help with a whole set of nails instead of just refill, I then asked for extra nails art. This meant extra time. But nothing is ever too much to ask her. Paige you are a star and a very lovely person too. I seriously can not thank you enough for today and actually every appointment that I have with you.

I had a full body massage which included a head a face massage. I cannot rate it high enough. It was great. The pressure was perfect and it was all very soothing and relaxing. Good quality oils were used and I felt totally relaxed afterwards. The room was lovely and warm and inviting. Janet is a lovely person and nsjes you feel at ease as soon as you meet her. I highly recommend a treatment.

I had a full body massage and it was amazing. I felt so relaxed and supple afterwards. Janet is a professional masseuse who is a lovely person with a kind personality. She never rushes and takes her time giving a thorough massage. She uses quality products and targets problem areas as required. The salon is modern and has a happy atmosphere and very welcoming. The massage room is relaxing and warm, with a very comfy, large massage table and covers. My massage definitely made me feel relaxed mentally and physically. Definitely deserves 5 stars 🌟

I have been coming to Rachel for a while now for my Botox, lip flip, brows and microneedling. which are perfect everytime. I have recently had a bio peel facial and my skin is so glowy, it looks and feels amazing. The whole experience was relaxing and just what i needed. Rachel explained every step of the facial as well as all the aftercare to ensure best results. I can’t wait for my next one!

I had the High Frequency Facial which was just perfect from start to finish and so relaxing, Rachel even threw in a guided meditation whilst the face mask was setting. She talks you through everything she’s going to do, you have a full skin consultation prior to the treatment too. Rachel has created such a serene atmosphere in her treatment room you feel calm before any treatment has even begun. My skin looks and feels amazing since. It’s definitely something i will have to treat myself to more often 🩷 I have also received an email containing a compete aftercare plan tailored to my skin.

I had my LVL and brow lamination done at The Derma Clinic, and I’m absolutely in love with the results! My lashes look lifted and my brows are perfectly shaped. The experience was so relaxing—Rachel has a calming nature, which made the whole treatment even better. Highly recommend!

Relaxation at its best - I had a true 90 minute massage and it was amazing. My second visit to Janet and she is really attentive to your needs and the massage was probably the best I have had.
