I’ve been coming here since I was a university student at University of Manchester. For two years, when I started working, I would take a train from London to Manchester just to get my brows and underarms done here. I always show a picture and get the result I want. The business owner and his team are fantastic. I can’t wait to see this become a beauty empire. I’ve moved again and I’m still catching trains just to come here. I’ll always be a loyal client, even refusing to do my brows months at a time unless it’s by Robbie. A human owned business that loves their clients. Can’t beat it!

Carly is awesome at everything she does. Her facial and massage ability is second to none. I love a good massage and hand on heart she gave me the best massage I'd ever had. Now let's get on to waxing. I go to Carly for full leg, Hollywood, underarm and my face. Carly makes you feel so comfortable when it comes to intimate waxing and she does it quickly with minimal pain. What I will say with waxing is, stay on top of it and it hurts less and less each time. Amazing experience! Had not been feeling myself for a long time, Sarah and her team have fully transformed me! Made me welcome, looked after me with a yummy latte and then Sarah went through a full consultation with me, giving me the best options for my post lockdown hair. Had a back neck shoulder & head massage this afternoon from Amy, the pressure was superb, the whole atmosphere was just great, the rain battering down on the conservatory roof was so therapeutic, the music was tranquil I thoroughly enjoyed every minute I didn't want it to come to an end. It was a really lovely experience. Amy was very calm with a gentle vibe. She explained all parts of the reiki treatment and checked that I was comfortable. I would definitely recommend!
