Ella was absolutely brilliant! I had a full body massage as well as an eyebrow wax and tint, and I couldn't be happier with the results. The massage was incredibly relaxing and professional — she really listened to what I needed and made me feel completely at ease. My eyebrows look perfect too, shaped and tinted exactly how I wanted. I’ve been coming to HOC for a while now and I can honestly say it’s always a fantastic experience. Gema is an incredible stylist. I leave thrilled with my hair every single time. It was very relaxed atmosphere and the whole experience was done with great warmth and professionalism. It’s been such a long time since I had a spray tan so I forgot how long it usually takes but I was done and dusted in 15 minutes, and it was only £15. What a bargain!

Paige was absolutely brilliant today (as always). Not only did I need extra help with a whole set of nails instead of just refill, I then asked for extra nails art. This meant extra time. Again I've had the most amazing relaxing massage, pressure was superb, in the areas where I needed, Amy is so good at what she does, I was so relaxed I fell asleep when I got home. I will definatley be back for a full body hot stones massage soon..

I had a full body massage which included a head a face massage. I cannot rate it high enough. It was great. The pressure was perfect and it was all very soothing and relaxing. Good quality oils were used and I felt totally relaxed afterwards. The room was lovely and warm and inviting. Janet is a lovely person and nsjes you feel at ease as soon as you meet her. I highly recommend a treatment.

She never rushes and takes her time giving a thorough massage. She uses quality products and targets problem areas as required. The salon is modern and has a happy atmosphere and very welcoming. Another lovely relaxing massage from Janet. I had done something to the soft tissue at the back of my knee. I told Janet and she took extra care with that area but did some light work on it and it felt much better after the treatment.

The whole experience was lovely, Relaxing setting lovely room and Abbie was really nice.The treatment was really good had facials before but this was completely diffrent having the dermaplane and microneedling with skin booster, would definitely recommend thanks.
