Had a full body’s massage which was probably one of the best massages I have ever had. Also my first reflexology treatment which was also fantastic. I felt so relaxed afterwards. Would definitely recommend.

My winter cycling regime is in full flow, so the knots and punch points in my neck, shoulders and back were building up. Monika is fantastic and I can move my upper body again. For a deep tissue massage I can't recommend her highly enough!

I have just had a lovely R and R facial and Indian head massage with Robyn. It was wonderful, I thoroughly recommend it.

I cycle a lot and get knots in the muscles around my shoulders and neck. The deep tissue massage Monika gives is excellent and loosens my whole upper body. The room is clean, comfortable and warm and Monika is incredibly professional and excellent at her job. I can't recommend this enough!
