I was in a lot of pain with my shoulder and neck and Gillian worker her magic with a deep tissue massage! What a difference it’s made, back again in 2 weeks for more of the same. Gillian will ensure the treatment is right for you targeting any troublesome areas. Been going to The One Lounge for years and all the girls are lovely as is the salon. Highly recommend for any treatment at all!

I opted for the Menopause Massage with Paula for this visit. Wow! What a great treatment. Stretches, massage, pressure points all with a gorgeous smelling oil. This was my first such massage, but I will certainly repeat it!

My eyebrows were sparse and uneven when I went in to see Rachael for eyebrow tattooing. She had her work cut out! Well what a talented, skillful women she is.. I now have full even brows and a new founded confidence. She is the best in the business. Thankyou Rachael.

I had a waxing appointment over the weekend with Rachel Louise and she was absolutely incredible. She made me feel so comfortable from the moment I arrived, chatting me through what can sometimes be an uncomfortable experience and instead, we ended up laughing and chatting the whole way through! The atmosphere was so lovely and welcoming, and Rachel did a fantastic job. I’ll definitely be back. Highly recommend!

Really friendly team who gave me advice before as I was nervous and a bit clueless about spray tans and the prep involved. Caroline was lovely and directed me through the tanning positions which was great. She also didn’t make me feel awkward or insecure about my body which is easy to feel when you are standing pretty much naked in front of a stranger! Looking forward to seeing how my tan develops 😊
