I thoroughly recommend Teddy Grace, Fareham. Roxy is very professional and has an indepth knowledge of the different treatments. I trust her judgement and their botox treatment gives me great results. A good long consultation and follow up appointments are included in the procedure cost.

Went for a Full Body Exfoliating treatment today, told the therapist I didn't want my actual torso done and asked if she could instead spend a little extra time doing my arms & legs, oh my goodness, Amy was an absolute delight and done exactly that plus gave my tired ol' legs the most amazing deep massage, trust me for someone "on the very heavy side" and ladened with varicose veins my legs definitely appreciated & benifited from it. Salon was spotlessly clean and super welcoming from the minute I stepped in. Thank you so much Amy, will be booking again next month for sure.

The GLOW Pamper Package was pure bliss! Natalie was fantastic, explaining everything beforehand. The body scrub left my skin unbelievably smooth, but the back, neck and shoulder massage was the highlight. The oil smelled divine and I was so relaxed I nearly drifted off. Perfect prep for my holiday! My skin feels incredible. Thank you!

Cassie is absolutely fabulous. This is my second appointment and I love her!! I had my first bikini wax and Cassie made the whole experience 100% non-awkward and I also had the new Korean lash lift, the lift was so good that my mum thought my lashes were fake ! First time having BIAB at the Fareham salon with the lovely Donna. Very happy with my nails and thank you for fitting me in at such short notice.

Today, I visited Cassie at Glow & Bare for my first-ever hot stone full-body massage, and I must say, it was the best massage I’ve ever had. Cassie was incredibly friendly and made me feel welcome from the moment I stepped in. The massage bed was comfortable, the room was warm, and the music was relaxing. I highly recommend Cassie’s services to friends and family. Cassie even gave me a lemon water to take away, which was a lovely touch. I’ve already booked back in and can’t wait for my next massage! Very professional and friendly. Walked in bent over walked out back straight. Sherean took the time to also show me stretches to do at home to help keep me free from pain. I would definitely recommend Body 1st.

As always, Kelly was professional & did my lashes and brows just how I like them. Would recommend a lash lift and tint to anyone who wants more lash body & definition without having to wear mascara.
