Such a lovely few hours with Libby today, a full body massage and a Korean facial with sculpting. I have to share this I’ve been struggling for nearly eight months with what I thought was a rotator cuff injury from all my Pilates teacher training. Turns out it was actually an aggravated nerve deep in my armpit, linked to the Teres Major and shoulder muscles. At one point I couldn’t even lift my elbow to shoulder height After one 90-minute Performance Recovery Sports Massage, she found it straight away and released it 24 hours later I’ve got full range of movement back. If you’re dealing with injuries, tight lats, glutes or anything that keeps pulling on your pelvis, she is your girl

Had a deep tissue massage today with Tracy. She really got deep in and under my shoulders and got the knots out. The massage pressure was really firm as requested and really helped release a lot of tension in my shoulders and neck. Would definitely recommend and will be coming back! Thank you, Tracy! 10/10.

Second time visiting Emma and I can honestly say I’ve found my zen. I had the full body massage this time and it was so relaxing thanks to Emma’s respectfulness and professionalism. Thoroughly recommend.

Today was my first time and I had a wonderful massage. Ananda was friendly, very knowledgeable and professional. The massage was excellent and she really worked on the areas that had been giving me trouble. I will definitely be returning again and very happy to have found someone so good right in my village!

My friend surprised me to a full body massage. From the moment I arrived Janna was smiling and extremely welcoming, I had never had a professional massage before and she performed a brilliant consultation to insure that I received the fullest out of my treatment. Everything was above and beyond standard and the atmosphere really enhanced the massage, which was absolutely amazing and really helped me to relive the stress. All in all I left feeling not only physically relieved but also mentally motivated, 10/10 experience, Janna’s technique was spot on, I’m so thankful for the experience! 10/10

Highly recommend Emma, such a warm hearted soul. Your receive a friendly welcome into her calm & inviting space for you to fully relax. My personal favourites are the facials and message, always delivered to a high standard and usually personalised to you. Afterwards l always feel a huge weight has been lifted, and I’m floating on the clouds.
