One of the best massages I have ever had. I initially booked to try the Myofascial massage as I keep reading about tight Fascia and despite having a lot of massages had never tried it. However having talked through my issues with Tracy she did an amazing combination of myofascial, traditional massage and hot stones which really got into all my knots and tightness. She even talked through some of the stress I'm dealing with at work at the same time - felt like therapy and a massage in one! Would definitely recommend.

I have just had Colombian wood therapy with Alice. What an amazing treatment. The perfect mix of relaxation and massage with using wooden tools to manage tension and drain the lymphatic system. I think this is my new favourite. I left feeling relaxed and invigorated at the same time

This was my first massage with Faith and I wouldn’t hesitate to book with her again. Very welcoming, had a discussion before we began about the pressure l liked, what I expected to gain from the treatment and if I had any problem areas or areas I would like her to concentrate on Faith mentioned the room temperature if I was happy with it and to let her know at any time if I was hot Faith checked l was comfortable before she began, checked if I was happy with the pressure she was using during the massage Very relaxing and calming environment Came away feeling very relaxed and zoned out

I had a lymphatic drainage and cupping massage today, and it was honestly one of the best treatments I’ve ever had. I’ve tried many places before, but nothing has come close to this experience.She really knows what she’s doing. Her knowledge, technique, and attention to detail were outstanding, and I could tell I was in very experienced hands from start to finish. Elise just knows skin! She has a calm nature and instantly makes you feel relaxed. The lymphatic drainage massage was a personal favourite and it left my skin looking super plump and bright. I will definitely be back again VERY soon.

Elise focussed on every aspect of my skin. It was a combination of tackling fine lines, water retention and massage. The results were amazing and surpassed my expectations. My neck and jowl are were lifted and my skin was so much more plumper. It felt like a mini face lift. I was carrying a lot of fluid in my cheeks and neck and they look so much better after Elise worked on them. I also had the best sleep and feel refreshed.
