For the first time I had a Lymphatic drainage full body massage that I cannot recommend enough! From the moment I arrived, the atmosphere was soothing and inviting. Lynsay was knowledgeable and attentive, taking the time to understand my specific needs. Highly recommend, I will definitely be back.

After a long week of working I found myself spoiled in Diane's hands. We always talk at first and this is how Diane adjust the proper oil and technique to my needs. It's a bespoke treatment which is also filled with nice atmosphere and finished with a happy body and mind.

I recently had a baby and I’m doing pressotherapy sessions to reduce fluid retention. My body feels great and lighter after each session. Highly recommend this treatment. Also staff is lovely!

Had the most lovely treatment yesterday with Lynsay. It may have been frosty with a touch of snow outside, but it was warm and relaxing inside. Love the thoughtful touch of the warm lavender scented eye mask. I felt so relaxed after and my body fully appreciated the treatment. I highly recommend Tranquil Flow Lymphatics

Amy is first class at what she does. She doesn’t just rub various creams on your face…you have a full consultation where Amy goes through your lifestyle and makes sensible suggestions on changes you can make to help your skin. Then her facials themselves are divine, so relaxing and comfortable, and my skin feels amazing afterwards. Amy is professional and really listens to you while delivering next level relaxation. The best massage I have ever had. Booked it as I wanted to treat myself and help my achy back. Left the appointment feeling relaxed and instantly in less discomfort. The meditation at the end added a whole new element of relaxation. Will definitely be booking again soon

I had a full body scrub and massage and it was so good, the scrub was amazing and the massage was so relaxing xx

Amy has created a beautiful environment for massage and it made me feel incredibly relaxed throughout. I had a full body massage followed by a sculpting facial - both were 10/10 and I would strongly recommend Amy. She ensured the temperature of the room and the bed were to my liking and checked if the pressure applied was suitable. The products Amy used for both treatments made my skin feel rejuvenated and I received comments on how fresh my face was looking. Overall I had a great experience and will definitely be back for more treatments. Thank you!
