Holly was amazing and very skilled at what she does. After a consultation she got to the root of my needs and worked accordingly. The Twilight Garden is a beautiful therapy suite, warm clean and very relaxing. Easy to get to from Chelmsford and parking available. A wonderful experience and I will be back.

Had the most lovely treatment yesterday with Lynsay. It may have been frosty with a touch of snow outside, but it was warm and relaxing inside. Love the thoughtful touch of the warm lavender scented eye mask. I felt so relaxed after and my body fully appreciated the treatment. I highly recommend Tranquil Flow Lymphatics

Amy is so knowledgeable and passionate about what she does. I had an amazing massage, Amy really worked all my tension out while also making it relaxing which is often hard to do. I then had the remodelling facial with buccal massage and literally left feeling like I had a new head, my face felt contoured but most importantly my jaw felt released for the first time and I managed to sleep easily. Waking up this morning with no jaw pain I feel like a new woman. Set in a picturesque escape with such a warm and welcoming environment, I would highly recommend everyone to pay Amy a visit.

I had a wonderful lymphatic drainage massage with Natalie, Natalie is a complete professional and made me feel instantly comfortable, Natalie is extremely knowledgeable on the benefits of the massage and answered all my questions with detail throughout and advised of aftercare, the treatment was relaxing and had instant visible results which was so great to see, I felt amazing afterwards and will definitely be back for another. Not my first Rodeo with Holly!! Once again, Holly excelled!! I opted for a hot stone massage with some sort of Crystal therapy (sorry Holly, can't remember the exact name lol). This was to relive stress and anxiety, 5*s all day long!! Couldn't belive how refreshed and rejuvenated I felt when I left!!! So relaxing. Holly is top of her game. Such a relaxing massage with Hollie! For the first time in a very long time my very tight neck released and relaxed 🙌 Hollie has a lovely, calm, soothing aura and the treatment space is lovely.

I had a lovely massage and Diane adapted the treatment to how I was feeling and what my specific needs were. I feel very relaxed and at ease.

This was my first sports massage. Toni talked me through exactly what she was doing, explaining what treatments would help and made me feel very relaxed. She offered to work along side my physio to help my injury get better quicker which is very reassuring. My legs after running the London marathon are so much better. I’ve already booked my next appointment.

Expert handling of my shoulder nerve pain. Toni explained what she planned to do and why she felt it was best approach asking for my sgreement before proceeding. Toni constantly checked the pain level I was feeling as she gradually manipulated thr muscle to ease the tension and move onto soft tissue massage. Toni also used dry needling on my shoulder and arm followed by more soft tissue massage to encourage the muscles in my shoulder and arm to release tension. Toni has an excellent approach to make you relax. The techniques, equipment used are all checked with you for comfort and pain level.

Yet another very relaxing pregnancy massage from Claire! And also got my painful ribs taped up - because of the way my baby boy is laying in my belly! Thank you!
