Holly was amazing and very skilled at what she does. After a consultation she got to the root of my needs and worked accordingly. The Twilight Garden is a beautiful therapy suite, warm clean and very relaxing. Easy to get to from Chelmsford and parking available. A wonderful experience and I will be back.

Claire is excellent. Not only does she do a great massage but she has great expertise and knowledge in what she does. I’ve used her for injury rehabilitation, pregnancy support and also migraine support. I couldn’t recommend her highly enough.

Adam is very knowledgable. He is able to offer a treatment plan to suit your needs. I would highly recommended him for any physical therapy or treatment.

Not my first Rodeo with Holly!! Once again, Holly excelled!! I opted for a hot stone massage with some sort of Crystal therapy (sorry Holly, can't remember the exact name lol). This was to relive stress and anxiety, 5*s all day long!! Couldn't belive how refreshed and rejuvenated I felt when I left!!! So relaxing. Holly is top of her game. I have come to really appreciate the importance of physiotherapy in my recovery, and the way it is delivered by a sensitive, understanding therapist. Well done to my physiotherapist.

Claire is very friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable, and helped to relieve my shoulder pain in just a few sessions. She gave me some rehab exercises to do which specifically targeted the issue and really made a big difference. She was also happy to share her knowledge and wisdom with me - providing insight into possible causes and things to practice going forwards - which was very much valued and appreciated. I'm now strength training again without discomfort and feel great, thanks to Claire! Highly Recommended.

started seeing Jordan last summer as I was looking for a more local therapist for monthly treatments. I tried a few therapists in the area but none got the same results as Jordan managed to in my first session. I always struggle with my left shoulder and what I’ve noticed is my monthly treatment is lasting each month. I feel so much better after tonight’s treatment! Couldn’t recommend more!

Was a pleasure. I had a full body exfoliation which left my skin feeling vibrant and a deep tissue massage.

Holly is amazing. Spent the whole time relaxed and smiling. I had crystal therapy also which was amazing and helped my menopause symptoms. She has such a positive energy that you feel as soon as you walk into her cute cabin. I will be a regular. Highly recommend

Following collarbone and wrist break a year ago, I attended numerous physio sessions over the past year with Josh who helped restore mobility and strength in damaged shoulder & wrist, and then assist with strengthening rotator cuff of the other one too. I'm much more balanced now, and fully regained strength. Couldn't be happier, and would highly recommend. Thanks!

Excellent as always and having treatment on a regular basis is making a huge difference.

Holly is a wonderful Therapist she is very welcoming and has a wonderful energy. She gave me time to listen to my needs on my first visit which was extremely helpful. My treatment was bespoke to what Holly felt I needed as I wanted be guided by her knowledge and experience,the treatment was extremely good and I felt in safe hands. look forward to my next visit.

Really loved my experience! The myofascial release massage was exactly what I wanted and the addition of the infrared therapy in the same appointment was perfect, again exactly what I’d been looking for. My experience at R2R was great. I went into the appointment with a litany of toe, ankle, achilles, calf and knee issues. Dan went through each one individually, clearly explaining what the issues were and in the end gave me very straightforward advice and simple exercises to help rehab the injuries and maintain fitness into the future. A week on and the injuries are repairing nicely. Overall very happy with the outcome
