I had an amazing massage experience from start to finish. The masseuse Valentina was warm, welcoming, and highly professional, making me feel completely comfortable throughout the session. She took the time to understand the areas I wanted to focus on and applied just the right amount of pressure. The massage was incredibly relaxing and helped relieve so much tension. I left feeling refreshed, rejuvenated, and much lighter. She also gave me some fantastic advice on how to relieve and prevent tension in my body, which I really appreciated.

Sara was so lovely and full of great advice. Anyone who is unsure about what shape, sizing, colours etc, she will not do you wrong! This lady has 17 years experience, one to be trusted. A lovely, clean, cool and inviting establishment, Tandis is definitely a great place to go for your nails, but they offer so many other beauty services and I will most definitely be visiting again. I opted for BIAB nails and this was my first time and I'm so happy with the quality and the overall results. Thank you Sara :).

The best BIAB nails in Birmingham in my opinion. Had mine on for almost 4 weeks before infill appointment and they haven’t lifted at all. Meticulously done. Wouldn’t go anywhere else

I had a full body laser hair removal treatment at Swiss Laser, and it was my first time, so I was quite nervous. Safa and Mariha were absolutely amazing — they were kind, patient, and explained everything clearly, which really helped put me at ease. The results are amazing, and the whole experience was so much better than I expected. Everyone at Swiss Laser was lovely and welcoming. Yesterday was my last laser session with practitioner Safa and honestly, I could not be happier with the results. Safa has been extremely accommodating and caring throughout the whole process. Any questions I had she answered within minutes on whatsapp or in person. She eased all my concerns and doubts about the laser treatment in itself. I genuinely believe she provided an excellent service even her attention to detail was immaculate. I could not recommend her more!!!

Caroline was very easy to chat with reflexology was good I have booked another session. Unfortunately as my feet were tender after a fall I could not have the full pressure on my feet . Chatting did not realise the time of the session went really quickly.
