I had a full body laser hair removal treatment at Swiss Laser, and it was my first time, so I was quite nervous. Safa and Mariha were absolutely amazing — they were kind, patient, and explained everything clearly, which really helped put me at ease. The results are amazing, and the whole experience was so much better than I expected. Everyone at Swiss Laser was lovely and welcoming. I would highly recommend them to anyone considering laser hair removal, especially if it’s your first time. You won't regret it!

From the moment I arrived, the entire experience was incredibly relaxing, and Anastasia made me feel completely at ease throughout. The massage itself was amazing, and the beautiful in-house essential oils left my skin feeling unbelievably soft and delicately fragrant. Sara was so lovely and full of great advice. Anyone who is unsure about what shape, sizing, colours etc, she will not do you wrong! This lady has 17 years experience, one to be trusted. A lovely, clean, cool and inviting establishment, Tandis is definitely a great place to go for your nails, but they offer so many other beauty services and I will most definitely be visiting again. I opted for BIAB nails and this was my first time and I'm so happy with the quality and the overall results. Thank you Sara :).

Yesterday was my last laser session with practitioner Safa and honestly, I could not be happier with the results. Safa has been extremely accommodating and caring throughout the whole process. Any questions I had she answered within minutes on whatsapp or in person. She eased all my concerns and doubts about the laser treatment in itself. I genuinely believe she provided an excellent service even her attention to detail was immaculate. I could not recommend her more!!!

Caroline was very easy to chat with reflexology was good I have booked another session. Unfortunately as my feet were tender after a fall I could not have the full pressure on my feet . Chatting did not realise the time of the session went really quickly.

I’ve just had my fourth laser session with Safa, and it was our first time actually meeting but it genuinely felt like we’d known each other forever. She is so lovely, warm, and reassuring, and you can immediately tell she really knows what she’s doing. Even though the machine was on the highest level, I honestly didn’t feel a thing. Safa explained everything clearly, made sure I was comfortable throughout, and her technique was amazing. The whole experience felt calm, professional, and completely stress free. I couldn’t recommend her enough such a skilled practitioner with the nicest energy x
