I had a wonderful relaxing massage today from Sarah, I was so relaxed I fell asleep for some of it! I've been suffering from tension headaches and needed to get rid of tension in my neck and shoulders and Sarah did a great job. I enjoyed a Swedish massage with Sarah. The warm, calm room & heated bed made me feel instantly relaxed. Sarah listened to what I wanted to get out of the massage & made the experience feel very personalised. Sarah used just the right amount of pressure to make it feel beneficial but also relaxing. I particularly enjoyed the attention she paid to my joints (I suffer from joint pain) so the way she massaged & manipulated them gave me some instant relief. Sarah is clearly passionate about making a difference to her client's wellbeing through massage. Thoroughly recommended.
