Erika was super friendly and welcoming. I've never had a proper massage before and was a little nervous but she explained everything really well and I was comfortable quickly. We had some lovely chats but I didn't feel I needed to talk which was nice and she kept checking to make sure I was OK, she has a lot of knowledge and is happy to talk about how massages etc work which I found really interesting and helped put me at ease. I am extremely pleased with how my massage went, I've come out with more movement, less pain and feeling super relaxed. Already planning a second visit. Thanks!

I heard a lot about Erika as a good massage therapist, but I didn’t have enough time to get there. And it was a matter of chance that I was presented with a gift certificate for 3 full sessions. And after the first session, according to the assesment of my body, I was surprised that the problem was in my body in a completely different place than I expected. After the remaining 2 sessions, I already felt the result on my body. I had strong headaches before visiting the massage, And at the first session, Erika does for me a head massage, and each time my pain went away.

I had booked back and shoulder massage for my husband at Rina massage Therapy. He was really happy with the massage. He's been suffering with lower back pain for past couple of months. Rina exactly identified the knots on the back and with her techinques lossened them. After hearing my husband's feedback about her, I am planning to get massage done from her. Erika was absolutely brilliant, I took my brother who’s in the army and he felt amazing after. He had a full body sports massage and it’s really helped. She explained everything it great detail , Has a huge amount of knowledge, it was amazing to actually be able to see and understand why my brother was having these issues. She was so welcoming and very funny!

I booked a sports massage after feeling really tight and sore, and it was exactly what I needed. The pressure was spot on – firm enough to work out all the knots but still comfortable. I could feel the tension easing straight away, and the difference in how my shoulders and back feel now is amazing. If you’re achy or stiff, I definitely recommend giving this a go – I’ll be booking again for sure!
