Erika was super friendly and welcoming. I've never had a proper massage before and was a little nervous but she explained everything really well and I was comfortable quickly. We had some lovely chats but I didn't feel I needed to talk which was nice and she kept checking to make sure I was OK, she has a lot of knowledge and is happy to talk about how massages etc work which I found really interesting and helped put me at ease. I am extremely pleased with how my massage went, I've come out with more movement, less pain and feeling super relaxed. Already planning a second visit. Thanks!

I had an incredible massage with Erica! She is exceptionally skilled, attentive, and has a wonderful ability to target areas of tension while making the entire experience relaxing. Erika is an excellent massage therapist. Her knowledge of muscle structure in the body, enables her to give precise and expert treatment. She reduced my pain and tightness, very quickly.

Erika is without a doubt a very skillful and knowledgeable massage therapist. Even though it was my first visit I can confidently say that I am thrilled with the results achieved. She has managed to tailor the treatment in a way that addressed my specific health issues which I am absolutely grateful for. As well as being extremely patient focused Erika also creates a wonderfully calming and relaxing atmosphere. I honestly cannot recommend her enough.
